Who i am

  I spent the first two-thirds of my professional career in law practice, investment banking, corporate finance, venture funds, private equity and related areas. As such, business planning, financial modeling, corporate governance, due diligence as well as risk management and crisis management are areas of strength for me. From M&A deals and future business restructuring and development to my own project development, wealth management, and family offices services. Projects, which included startups originations or restructuring existing businesses, analyzing the effectiveness of current processes, and recommending improvements to increase profitability and competitiveness.  

 For the past years, I applied all this but in different contexts: startups, project management, and business development.  From modern fintech,  IoT, AI, blockchain and longevity to FMCG, agriculture and real estate projects. Exact because of past 3, once, I came to Latin America and Carib for couple weeks...and remain till now and for ever. I fell in love with this very specific region and most of my projects and future plans are related to it.
